Extra Training Options

The LivMD is designed to be used every day as a complete treatment for stimulating your bone and muscle growth.  If you would like to enhance the effects of your treatment modifications can be added to increase the effects on flexibility or to stimulate other parts of the body.

Run around the world
During the 10 minutes, you can add some movement into the treatment by adjusting your body weight from side to side and forward to backwards.  This will stimulate a greater muscle and balance response, leading to greater postural control.

Arm and Neck reach
At a controlled pace and without placing any excessive force, reach your right hand over your left shoulder and over your left hand over the right shoulder.  During this movement the feet remain stable and facing forward on the plate, while the shoulders and hips slowly rotate.  Work at a level you feel comfortable with, but as a guide try to complete 10x left and 10x right in one minute. Then have 1 minutes rest before repeating the movement

Body Stretch
While keeping both feet flat on the plate and facing forward; at a very slow pace trying and stand as straight and as tall as possible, elongating the spine and bringing the head up as high as you can.  Hold this position for five seconds and then relax for 15 seconds, repeat as often as you feel comfortable.
